Run your Manitoba daycare, the way Manitoba asks.
Run your Manitoba centre with the provincial fee reduction and Child Care Subsidy on every invoice, injuries reported to the provincial director within 24 hours, and ECE II, ECE III and child care assistant qualifications tracked for your staff.
Manitoba's funding on every invoice
Each child's fee plan, with the Provincial fee reduction and Child Care Subsidy taken off the family's invoice, prorated for part months.
Provincial fee reduction
Centres with operating grants bill the regulated parent fee ($10 a day). Use this only if you show the government's share on invoices. Families see the reduction on every invoice, and your monthly funding report totals it for your claim.
Child Care Subsidy
If Manitoba's Child Care Subsidy pays part of this child's fees to the centre. Shown on the invoice so each family sees exactly what they owe.
Year-end tax receipts
Child care receipts for every family, ready for the CRA child care expenses deduction, plus statements and exports for your accountant.
Incidents reported on time
When something happens, Clovernest shows whether it's reportable in Manitoba and the deadline to tell the Province's Early Learning and Child Care Program (your child care coordinator).
Tell parents immediately and the provincial director within 24 hours of an injury needing medical attention. Report suspected child abuse immediately to Child and Family Services. Check with your child care coordinator what else they need to hear about.
Staff certificates, tracked
Every staff member's Manitoba certificates with expiry dates, and a reminder before any lapse. Required for everyone: Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search, Child abuse registry check and First aid with CPR for the age group.
