Incidents reported on time
When something happens, Clovernest shows whether it's reportable in Ontario and the deadline to tell the Ministry of Education (through CCLS) and your program advisor.
Report a serious occurrence to the ministry through CCLS within 24 hours of becoming aware of it, and post the Serious Occurrence Notification Form where parents can see it for at least 10 business days. Suspected abuse or neglect also goes to the children's aid society right away.
Staff certificates, tracked
Every staff member's Ontario certificates with expiry dates, and a reminder before any lapse. Required for everyone: Vulnerable sector check, Offence declaration and Standard first aid with infant and child CPR.
