Daycare billing that understands government funding.
Fee plans per child, your province's fee reduction and subsidy taken off every invoice, and drafts you check before anything goes out. Families see and pay their invoices in their portal.
Funding on every invoice
Your province's fee reduction and subsidy (in BC, CCFRI and the Affordable Child Care Benefit) shown on each family's invoice, so they see exactly what they owe.
Your monthly claim, totalled
A funding report adds up every child's reduction and subsidy for the month, ready for your claim.
Fee plans and discounts
Full time, part time and before and after school fees, prorated part months, and a discount for any child in dollars or percent, with an end month.
Payments in seconds
Record cash, cheque and e-transfer payments, or let families pay by card online. Receipts go out by email.
Statements and tax receipts
Statements on request and year-end child care receipts for each family, ready for the CRA child care expenses deduction.
Gentle reminders
Overdue invoices remind families for you, and exports keep your accountant happy.

About billing and funding
Does it handle CCFRI?
Yes. Each child's CCFRI amount comes off the family's invoice, prorated for part months, and the monthly funding report totals it for your claim. The Affordable Child Care Benefit works the same way when it's paid to the centre.
What about other provinces?
Each centre is set up for its own province's programs, such as Ontario's CWELCC or Alberta's Affordability Grant, with the same invoice lines and reports.
Can families pay by card?
Yes. Once you connect your own Stripe account, families can pay invoices by card from their portal or the invoice email, and the payment is recorded for you.
