Go to Daily → Daily log.
Logging
- For one child: click Log next to them, choose what (meal, nap, diaper, activity, mood, note) and fill it in.
- For a group: use the buttons at the top to log the same thing for several children at once, e.g. lunch for the whole room. Tick Only children here now to list just those checked in.
- Photo: add photos for one child or several. Photos respect each family's photo consent automatically.
For a nap, fill in Fell asleep, and Woke up when they wake. Use Fix or remove to correct an entry.
Sharing with families
Parents see entries in the family portal as they happen. At the end of the day, Send today's reports emails each family a summary, if you use daily emails.
View day shows a child's whole day; All entries and All photos show everything logged.
