Most families pay daycare by Interac e-Transfer. Clovernest makes it easy for them to get it right, and for you to tell who paid.
Turn it on
Go to Billing → Billing settings → Paying and enter your Interac e-Transfer email. Add an e-Transfer note if useful, e.g. Auto-deposit is on, so no security question is needed.
What families see
Each family has a short reference, like BRUNI-42. You'll find it at the top of the family's Billing tab.
- In the family portal, a Pay by Interac e-Transfer panel shows your email, the amount and their reference, each with a Copy button.
- Invoices, statements and reminder emails say: Interac e-Transfer to your email. In the message, write BRUNI-42.
Recording it
When the e-Transfer arrives, click Record a payment and type the reference from the message into Family. The family and the amount owing fill in. See Recording payments.
