Because Clovernest holds children's personal and health details, every staff login uses two-step login: your password plus a 6-digit code from an app on your phone.
Setting it up
The first time you log in, Clovernest shows a QR code. Scan it with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy all work), then type the 6-digit code it shows.
Clovernest then shows recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe, like a password manager. Each one gets you in once if you don't have your phone.
Logging in each day
Enter your email and password, then the current code from your app.
Lost your phone?
Use one of your recovery codes, then set up two-step login again on your new phone. If you don't have a recovery code, ask your centre admin to send us a support request, and we'll check who you are and help you get back in.
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password? on the login page and we'll email you a link to choose a new one. After several wrong passwords in a row, your account locks for a few minutes to protect it.
