Each child has a status under Enrolment on their record:
- Enrolled: attending now. Shows on Today, gets daily reports and is billed.
- Toured: a family who has visited but hasn't joined yet.
- Wait list: waiting for a space.
- Withdrawn: left the centre.
- Graduated: moved on to school.
For Withdrawn and Graduated, set the Last day: they're billed up to that day and then drop off Today and daily lists. Their records stay, as licensing expects.
