Daily → Today is where staff run the day. It shows every room, who's here, who's expected, and the live ratio.
Checking a child in or out
Click Check in or Check out next to the child. You can note who dropped them off or picked them up.
At check-out, Clovernest shows who is allowed to pick the child up, and a clear warning for anyone who isn't. If the person isn't someone staff know, tick I checked their photo ID and a parent confirmed the pickup.
Absent
Click Absent for a child who isn't coming today. Parents can also report absences ahead of time in the family portal.
Staff shifts
Staff click Start my shift and End my shift, so the ratio counts who's actually on the floor.
Parents checking in themselves
Parents can check their children in and out on a tablet at the door, or by scanning a QR code with their own phone. See Kiosks and QR codes. Staff get a notice when they do.
